What is LOCI?
The Leadership and Organizational Change for Implementation (LOCI) strategy develops strong leadership skills in clinic leaders to align and sustain evidence-based practice implementation efforts across levels of leadership.
Evidence-based
Every component of the LOCI training is informed by the latest research on leadership, implementation and training effectiveness. To access the literature supporting LOCI, please visit our LOCI Publications page.
Data-driven
An integral part of the LOCI training is repeated 360-degree assessment and feedback on leadership and team or organizational climate for evidence-based practice. To learn more about the data and other core principles that serve as a foundation for LOCI, please visit our Core Principles page.
Tailored
The LOCI leadership training curriculum is tailored specifically for health, behavioral health, and social service agencies and programs. To learn more about the training components, please visit our LOCI Training page.
“The full range leadership model and that transformational leadership model really helped me to conceptualize the kind of leader I am, the kind of leader that I want to be.”
